Plant Power Delivery Policy

• Deliveries areas cover Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah, and Al Ghadeer.
• Deliveries to remote areas to be confirmed with our team before checkout.
• Delivery is by a third-party logistics partner.
• Delivery Fees are included in the checkout page depending on value of the bill to any emirates in UAE. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
• Basiligo will deliver to the given address as per the agreement during customer registration.
• Deliveries are always in the given time slots as mentioned during checkout. We cannot accommodate any deliveries at specific times.
• Delivery address can be changed only with a prior 48 hours notice.
• Products process of delivery the items/goods conditions - Basiligo reserves the right to deliver goods as per logistics capabilities and at their own timeline. Delivery fees - As of January 1st, 2019 is AED 0. Payment confirmation of their total order will be sent by email to the customer.
