All clients who have completed their online sign-up, sign-up via email, or with a team member are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions from their registration until the end of their plan and upon renewal. By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

5. Refusal of Service

Basiligo Restaurant LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

• Clients with medical conditions or health risks such as pregnancy, type 1 diabetes, heart disease, ulcers, colitis, inflammatory bowel and or Crohn’s disease, or any other medical conditions.
• Clients with severe gluten allergy, celiac disease, or lactose intolerance.
• Clients with specific dietary restrictions or allergies that cannot be accommodated within the Plant Power’s programs.
• Clients with dislikes or allergies to certain ingredients, including cooked onions, garlic, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, or other ingredients as specified.

7. Intellectual Property
